[FoxNews] Pearl Project investigation exposes 198 Democratic organizations orchestrating Saturday's #NoKings demonstrations

Early Tuesday evening, as National Guard troops faced off against protesters and rioters on the streets of Los Angeles, powerful teachers’ union president Randi Weingarten hosted a virtual town hall with Democratic Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear.and two leading political operatives in Democratic Party politics, Leah Greenberg, founder of a political nonprofit, Indivisible, and Rev. Al Sharpton, founder of another political nonprofit, National Action Network.

Greenberg hailed an upcoming wave of protests this Saturday — set to sweep through even "really red areas of the country," marked with mostly Republican voters — as a stand against President Donald Trump. Throughout the call, Weingarten beamed, excited. Sharpton phoned in his enthusiasm about people with "different political beliefs" uniting. They touted Saturday’s campaign as the "#NoKings" protest.

But what they didn’t detail is the massive network of Democratic organizations funding and orchestrating this supposedly spontaneous uprising.

As editor-in-chief of the Pearl Project, a nonprofit journalism initiative I founded in honor of my friend and colleague, Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl, I’ve spent the past two decades investigating how ideology, identity politics, and sectarian hatred can turn violent. Radicalized Pakistani militants brutally murdered Danny after kidnapping him in 2002 on the streets of Karachi, Pakistan, and demonizing him as an American, a Jew and a grandson of Israel. I have warned about an unholy alliance between far-left radicalism and Islamist extremism, and it has now come home to the streets of the United States.

In my 2023 book, "Woke Army," I documented how this alliance has morphed into a new threat inside our institutions, from higher education to politics — weaponizing identity and cause-based activism, like immigration, to undermine civil society.

The #NoKings protest is the latest front in this propaganda war.

According to new research by the Pearl Project, the #NoKings protest is being organized by an estimated 198 groups, all of which are aligned with the Democratic Party and many of which claim tax-exempt, "nonpartisan" nonprofit status. Collectively, these groups take in $2.1 billion in annual revenues.

Here is the breakdown of 198 "partners" listed in the official publicity material for the financial and political machine behind #NoKings:

  • Three official entities of the Democratic National Committee: College Democrats of America, Manhattan Young Democrats and Westside Democratic Headquarters in Norwalk, Calif.

  • 16 Democratic political action committees, or PACs, including Friends of Bernie Sanders, Progressive Democrats of America and Vote Blue — with about $19.4 million in spending power for Democratic political candidates.

  • 18 Democratic-aligned 501(c)(5) labor unions, including lead organizer, the American Federation of Teachers, along with the United Auto Workers, the Communications Workers of America and the National Treasury Employees Union, with a total of $1.1 billion in revenues, most of their political contributions going to Democratic candidates.

  • 76 Democratic-aligned 501(c)(4) political nonprofits, including the ACLU, Sierra Club, League of Conservation Voters, Working Families Organization Inc., Human Rights Campaign, Planned Parenthood Action Fund and lead organizer Indivisible Project, all with another $734.3 million in revenues.

  • 47 501(c)(3) nonprofits, legally restricted from partisan advocacy, including innocuous-sounding groups like the Unitarian Universalist Association, Accountable US and the American Humanist Association, with $286.7 million to the cause.

  • 38 additional Democratic-aligned groups, including Michigan Resistance Coalition, Families Over Billionaires, 50501, Tax the Greedy Billionaire and Mennonite Action, with undisclosed financials.

I’ve made the research public in an online database that I am working on making into a user-friendly digital encyclopedia for the protest industry, so everyone from parents to police officers can understand the organizations fomenting chaos from our streets to our campuses.

I’ve been tracking the anti-Trump protesters since 2017 when #Resistance became the buzzword for activists like Palestinian American Linda Sarsour, leading the Women’s March against Trump. Since Trump’s inauguration this past January, I’ve investigated the companies behind the #TeslaTakedown, #HandsOff and #MayDay protests that have marked "resistance 2.0" over the past several months against the Trump administration.

The groups include several organizations, including Jewish Voice for Peace and Sarsour’s MPower Change Action Fund, that represent the unholy alliance of Islamist sympathizers and leftists who have fueled fiery protests against the existence of the state of Israel, following the Oct. 7, 2023, attacks by Hamas on Israelis. I’ve identified 1,500 groups in the anti-semitism protest industry.

Most certainly, this week’s protests and the protests coming up are not an organic, citizen-led "resistance."

This is top-down political warfare, branded as grassroots activism but actually an AstroTurf political operation.

The anti-Trump protest industry is very broad, and these are some additional findings:

  • Along with the 198 groups behind #NoKings with revenues of $2.1 billion, there are another 267 groups that have been organizing protests against Trump with revenues of $1.3 billion.

  • That makes a total of about 465 groups aligned with the Democratic Party with combined revenues of $3.4 billion organizing protests against Trump since January.

  • The #TeslaTakedown protests included an estimated 32 local and state affiliates of the Democratic National Committee, from Florida to California, who put Tesla CEO Elon Musk in their crosshairs.

These organizations are not your local knitting club. They are professional protest organizers.

For the #NoKings protest, the "Indivisible Digital Asset Management" team has assembled an online digital "brand folder" with 29 brand "assets" in a folder marked "Flyers, Rally Signs, & Printed Materials," 25 "assets" in a "Graphics" folder, 8 "Templates," two logos, a brand palette of four vibrant branding colors, easy-to-read fonts and engaging "design elements."

Indivisible also created a 12-page digital "NO KINGS Toolkit for Hosts," shared on Google Docs, with "messaging," "NO KINGS Mobilization Tactics," "sample event agenda" and tips on "getting media attention." Its tips noted: "Identify at least 1 group member to be responsible for firing up the crowd…" I’m including various parts of this orchestrated protest in an online protest industry folder.

Some of the sample messages for signs: "NO KINGS IN AMERICA!," "Stop the Shakedown!" and "We are Not For Sale!" They will be repeated across the country.

The templates have been leveraged to now create a cookie-cutter production of graphics on social media orchestrated around the hashtag #NoKings.

Importantly, just as the mainstream media examines the dynamics of "white supremacy," "fascism" and "MAGA," we must not be naïve about the ideological undercurrents driving "progressive" protests to violence.

A while back, The New York Times exposed a wealthy tech tycoon, Neville Roy Singham, for funding and promoting Chinese Communist Party propaganda, and he has been tied to funding many of the groups – Party for Socialism and Liberation, the People’s Forum, the Answer Coalition and CodePink — engaged in the most confrontational protests in recent days and months against Israel and the United States. These groups are proudly self-described socialist organizations stoking discontent to push an anti-capitalist, anti-American agenda.

While Singham doesn’t yet appear to have his fingerprints directly on the #NoKings protest, the ideological DNA is the same.

The #NoKings protest is likely to be the next playing field for the anti-ICE, anti-Trump agitators. Indeed, #ResistTrump, one of the "partners" for Saturday’s protests, promotes an "orientation" slide deck that itemizes the elements of "expressing political dissent" from "voting to violence." While the group claims to promote "non-violence," it includes – without comment – "political violence" as a part of the continuum of protest, including "armed revolts," "riots," "terrorism" and "insurrections."

#ResistTrump outlines a "theory of change" to "remove or replace Trump" and realize a "future without Trump."

As an investigative journalist, I am reporting on the protest industry and its propaganda, because these protests are not just political statements. They are well-financed, orchestrated performances—designed to generate viral imagery, manipulate public perception and blur the line between civic engagement and ideological agitation.

Fairfax County resident Lissa Kenkel, a researcher who helped me cull data for the #NoKings protest, has been studying protests since the Oct. 7, 2023, attacks by Hamas in Israel, and she said: "The irony is staggering about the groups driving the NoKings uprisings."

"The very people bankrolling and leading these so-called grassroots movements are the crowned royalty of the non-profit world, sitting in their air-conditioned offices, collecting six-figure salaries, while encouraging the common folk to torch their own cities in the name of ‘saving democracy," she said. "It’s manufactured chaos, sold as revolution, by people who wouldn’t last five minutes in the rubble they’re creating."

Embattled DNC vice chair [David Hogg] decides not to run after diversity re-vote called
2025-06-12
[FoxNews] David Hogg, the 25-year-old progressive firebrand, will not compete in the new Democratic National Committee (DNC) vice chair elections that were decided today after a majority of members voted for a new election.

After three days of submitting electronic ballots, DNC members voted to uphold the Credentials Committee's resolution proposed by longtime Democratic Party activist Kalyn Free to host a re-election for two vice-chair positions, currently held by Hogg and Malcolm Kenyatta. Seventy-five percent of those who cast a ballot voted in favor of the resolution, while 25% voted against it. A total of 89% of DNC members cast a ballot.

"The DNC will immediately move to administer new ballots for the final two Vice Chair positions, one of which must be held by a male and one of which may be held by a candidate of any gender," said the DNC's Deputy Press Secretary Nina Raneses. "The election for the male Vice Chair position will commence tomorrow morning at 10:00AM ET."

With Hogg's withdrawal, Kenyatta is now the only candidate for the male vice chair slot.

The DNC's decision is the latest political blow to Hogg, who stirred up intraparty divisions this year for his $20 million pledge to support primary challenges against older House Democrats in safe blue districts he said are "asleep at the wheel" through his outside political action group, Leaders We Deserve.

"I came into this role to play a positive role in creating the change our party needs," Hogg wrote in a statement to the New York Times. "It is clear that there is a fundamental disagreement about the role of a Vice Chair — and it’s OK to have disagreements. What isn’t OK is allowing this to remain our focus when there is so much more we need to be focused on."

"Ultimately, I have decided to not run in this upcoming election so the party can focus on what really matters," Hogg added.

Meanwhile, Hogg also published a lengthy X thread explaining his decision not to run for reelection and criticizing many aspects of the Democratic Party, but deleted it shortly after posting.

Hogg's decision to leave the DNC comes on the heels of a damning Politico report, which included leaked audio from a Zoom meeting of DNC Chair Ken Martin lamenting Hogg's fallout at the DNC, claiming it has made it harder for Democrats to do their jobs and for Martin to demonstrate his ability to lead.

"No one knows who the hell I am, right? I’m trying to get my sea legs underneath of me and actually develop any amount of credibility so I can go out there and raise the money and do the job I need to put ourselves in a position to win," Martin told Hogg on the May 15 Zoom call. "I don’t think you intended this, but you essentially destroyed any chance I have to show the leadership that I need to. So it’s really frustrating,"

But the criticism didn't stop Hogg from defying advice and wading into additional Democrat primaries by endorsing Virginia state Del. Irene Shin in the special election to replace the late Rep. Gerry Connolly, D-Va.

Martin affirmed the DNC would stay neutral in Democratic primaries following Hogg's multimillion-dollar announcement. And the DNC chair gave Hogg the ultimatum to either rescind his vice-chair position or forego his political influence through his PAC.

"I commend David for his years of activism, organizing, and fighting for his generation, and while I continue to believe he is a powerful voice for this party, I respect his decision to step back from his post as Vice Chair," Martin said in a statement following Hogg's announcement he would not seek reelection as DNC vice chair. "I have no doubt that he will remain an important advocate for Democrats across the map. I appreciate his service as an officer, his hard work, and his dedication to the party."

DNC Vice Chair David Hogg Reveals Jill Biden's Chief of Staff Ran the Biden White House
2025-05-29
[Project Veritas] Project Veritas today released Part One of an explosive undercover investigation revealing shocking truths about who truly controlled the Biden White House. Through covert meetings with David Hogg, Vice Chair of the Democratic National Committee, and Deterrian Jones, former staffer in the Biden White House Office of Digital Strategy, Veritas uncovered a web of influence centered around Jill Biden’s Chief of Staff, Anthony Bernal, and a tight-knit inner circle.

In candid, on-camera admissions, Hogg stated, "Jill Biden’s Chief of Staff [Anthony Bernal] had an enormous amount of power," emphasizing that "the bigger issue was the inner circle that was around Biden." These revelations point to a hidden power structure that operated behind the scenes, raising questions about transparency and accountability in the Biden administration.

Deterrian Jones, who worked directly in the Biden White House, described Bernal as a "shadowy, wizard of oz-type figure" who "wielded an enormous amount of power." Jones admitted to avoiding Bernal, calling him "scary" and noting that his influence was an "open secret" among staff. These statements expose a culture of fear and unchecked authority within the administration.

Wasserman Schultz rejects NY Times report on voters seeing Democrats as ''slow'' and ''passive''
2025-05-28
[NYPOST] Rep. Debbie Wasserman-Schultz
...Congresswoman from Florida, the abrasive chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee. She has been a politician since 1992, and prior to that was in training as a political science major. Her primary accomplishment seems to be that she's Jewish...

''And then a little bit later there was a respondee who said the Democrats are like deer in headlights. How is it that you think that the Democratic Party has earned these descriptions?''

''I'm not focused on the animals that some New York Times news hound compares the political parties to. My constituents are human beings, and the human beings that I represent are facing devastating health care cuts, the most significant health care cuts that have been ever handed down by any administration,'' Schultz responded.

The New York Times reported on Sunday that the party was still struggling with its image after former Vice President Kamala Harris
Former Oakland mayor Willie Brown's' former mistress

A Democratic man from Georgia who participated in the focus group and was the one who described the Democratic Party as a ''deer in headlights'' went further to describe the state of the party.

Doug Emhoff Rages As President Trump Reclaims Holocaust Board From Biden's Political Cronies — RedState
2025-04-30
[REDSTATE] Former second gentleman Doug Emhoff got some pretty brutal news from President Trump on Tuesday: You're fired. Emhoff, along with a slew of other high-profile Democrats
...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects...
, was summarily dismissed from his role on the board that oversees the US Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, DC.

And Emhoff, who is Jewish, is not one bit pleased, accusing the president of playing politics with "Holocaust remembrance and education." Here's what Emhoff told one outlet after learning of his dismissal:

''Today, I was informed of my removal from the United States Holocaust Memorial Council. Let me be clear: Holocaust remembrance and education should never be politicized. To turn one of the worst atrocities in history into a wedge issue is dangerous — and it dishonors the memory of six million Jews murdered by Nazis that this museum was created to preserve,'' Emhoff said in a statement to The Hill.

''No divisive
...politicians call things divisive when when the other side sez something they don't like. Their own statements are never divisive, they're principled...
political decision will ever shake my commitment to Holocaust remembrance and education or to combatting hate and antisemitism. I will continue to speak out, to educate, and to fight hate in all its forms—because silence is never an option,'' he added.

Emhoff was just one of a handful of prominent Democrats who got the boot. Also sent packing were:

  • Ron Klain, former chief of staff to Joe The Big Guy Biden
...46th president of the U.S. Gave an airbase and billions in military hardware to the Taliban and called it an extraordinary success...

  • Susan Rice, Biden's director of Domestic Policy Council of the United States
  • Tom Perez, former chairman of the Democratic National Committee
  • Anthony Bernal, who was an advisor to former First Lady Jill Biden

Here's the thing, though, about Emhoff's claim that the dismissals were politically motivated: The now-dismissed slate of lefty politicos were appointed by Joe Biden on his way out of the White House. Yes, the appointments were made on January 17, 2025, in what can only be described as a last-minute, overtly political attempt to stack the Holocaust Museum board with leftists.

Of Course They Are: Democrats Suing Trump for Trying to Prevent Non-Citizens From Voting — RedState
2025-04-03
[REDSTATE] The Democratic Party has filed a lawsuit against President Donald Trump
...The man who was so stupid he beat fourteen professional politicians, a former tech CEO, and a brain surgeon for the Republican nomination in 2016, then beat The Smartest Woman in the World in the general election. Then he beat Kamala while dodging bullets...
over an executive order designed to maintain integrity in federal elections.

Because, of course they are.

The suit, filed in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia on Monday, cites several plaintiffs, including most notably the Democratic National Committee (DNC (If you're white you ain't right!)
...Democrat National Committee, where all those off-the-wall talking points originate...
), House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer
...Senator-for-life from New York, renowned for his love of standing in front of cameras and microphones. Schumer has been a professional politician since 1975, when disco was in flower, which is 49.32405 years. Senate minority leader as of 2017...
(D-NY).

It's nice that Schumer and Jeffries got over their tiff long enough to join forces to stop the President from keeping non-citizens from voting.

"In the United States of America, the President does not get to dictate the rules of our elections," the court filing reads.

The suit's introduction goes on to suggest Trump was trying to "corrupt" the election process. Corrupting the process by ensuring only citizens vote. What a bizarre argument.

"The Framers of our federal Constitution foresaw that self-interested and self-aggrandizing leaders might seek to corrupt our democratic system of government to expand and preserve their own power," they write.

''Although the Order extensively reflects the President's personal grievances, conspiratorial beliefs, and election denialism, nowhere does it (nor could it) identify any legal authority he possesses to impose such sweeping changes upon how Americans vote," they added.

The lawsuit takes particular exception to the portion of Trump's executive order demanding proof of citizenship for registering to vote by mail.

The Bidens want back in
2025-03-22
That’s nice. Apparently nobody else wants them back, though.
[NBCNEWS] Former President Joe The Big Guy Biden
...46th president of the U.S. Sleazy Dem machine politician, paterfamilias of the Biden Crime Family...
has told some Democratic leaders he'll raise funds, campaign and do anything else necessary for Democrats
...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects...
to recover lost ground as the Trump administration rolls back programs the party helped design, according to people close to him.

Biden privately met last month with the new Democratic National Committee chairman, Ken Martin, and offered to help as the party struggles to regain its viability amid polling that shows its popularity has been sinking, the people said.

So far, Biden's overture seems to have fallen flat. Democrats find themselves adrift, casting about for a compelling messenger.

Whoever that is, it's not Biden, many party activists and donors contend. He's tethered to the 2024 defeat and, at 82, is a symbol more of the party's past than its future, they argue.

''Who's going to want Joe Biden back in the game?'' said a major Biden supporter, speaking on condition of anonymity
... for fear of being murdered...
to talk candidly about him.

A spokesperson for the DNC (If you're white you ain't right!)
...Democrat National Committee, where all those off-the-wall talking points originate...
didn't provide a comment or make Martin available for an interview.

A new NBC News poll shows that the Democratic Party's popularity has dropped to a record low. Only 27% of registered voters said they held positive views of the party — the lowest figure in the network's polling dating to 1990.

Asked about the prospect of Biden re-entering the political sphere, President Donald Trump
...They hit him with slander, they impeached him twice. Nancy Pelosi tore up his State of the Union address on national TV. They stole an election and put his adherents in jail. They vilified him. They couldn't crucify him, so they shot him. Still, they can't keep him down...
told news hounds in the Oval Office Friday, ''I hope so.''

Former first lady Jill Biden is also prepared to campaign and raise money for fellow Democrats as she and her husband settle into life back home in Delaware, a person close to her said.

Lawyer for Radical Columbia Grad Student Repped Al Qaeda Members—Including 'Close Associate' of Bin Laden
2025-03-15
[WashingtonFreeBeacon] When Hamas
..not a terrorist organization, even though it kidnaps people, holds hostages, and tries to negotiate by executing them,...
-supporting Columbia graduate student Mahmoud Khalil appeared in court on Wednesday, he was represented by, among others, Ramzi Kassem, a lawyer perhaps best known for defending al Qaeda terrorists.

The Syrian-born Khalil had his green card revoked by Immigration and Customs Enforcement over the weekend as part of the Trump administration's crackdown on foreign nationals involved in pro-terrorist demonstrations at universities.

Kassem has represented murderous Moslems including Ahmed al-Darbi, an al Qaeda member convicted in 2017 for the bombing of a French oil tanker, as well as several other Guantanamo Bay detainees, including a "close associate" of the late Osama bin Laden
...... who is no longer with us, and won't be again......
. He went on to serve as an immigration policy adviser to former president Joe The Big Guy Biden
...46th president of the U.S. This Is A Man That Does Not Seem Demented...
as a member of the White House's Domestic Policy Council.

Like his new client, Kassem was also involved in anti-Israel activism as a student at Columbia, where he lobbied to rename a sandwich called the "Israeli wrap" in the student dining hall, claiming the terminology was offensive to Moslems. He attended Columbia Law School on a fellowship funded by Paul Soros, the elder brother of Democratic megadonor George Soros
...either Ernst Stavro Blofeld or Auric Goldfinger come true. Maybe both....
His client, Khalil, who graduated from a Columbia graduate program in December, was a leader of Columbia University Apartheid Divest, which backed Hamas's "armed resistance" against Israel. He served as a lead negotiator for student activists' illegal anti-Israel encampment last spring and vowed that the group would "remain in this encampment until we achieve all of our demands," which included a boycott of Israel.

Columbia briefly suspended Khalil for his role in the encampment, but he continued to back the demonstrations on campus, which turned violent mostly peaceful in the spring, when students stormed and occupied campus building.

"What we will see [is] the students will continue their activism, will continue doing what they've done in conventional and unconventional ways," Khalil told The Hill in August. "So not only protests, not only encampments, kind of any—any available means necessary to push Columbia to divest from Israel."

"And we've been working all this summer on our plans, on what's next to pressure Columbia to listen to the students and to decide to be on the right side of history," Khalil went on.

Since then, pro-Hamas activists at Columbia have disrupted classes to distribute anti-Semitic flyers, violent mostly peacefully seized campus buildings, and physically assaulted university employees. The chaos led the Trump administration last week to cut off $400 million in federal grants to the university, citing the school's "continued inaction in the face of persistent harassment of Jewish students."

Khalil is expected to remain in the country after a federal judge, Jesse Furman, intervened on Wednesday to block his immediate deportation. Furman, of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, is a prolific Democratic donor who once threw out a terrorism lawsuit against the Paleostine Liberation Organization.

Furman, who has served as a judge for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York since he was nominated in 2011 by President Barack Obama
My friends, we live in the greatest nation in the history of the world. I hope you'll join with me as we try to change it...
, has a long history of involvement with liberal political causes. The brother of Obama’s former economic advisor Jason Furman, Jesse Furman has donated over $20,000 to Democrats
...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects...
, including Obama, Crooked Hillary Clinton
...former first lady, former secretary of state, former presidential candidate, Conqueror of Benghazi, Heroine of Tuzla, formerly described by her supporters as the smartest woman in the world, usually described by the rest of us as The Thing That Wouldn't Go Away. Politix is not one of her talents, but it's something she keeps trying to do...
, and the Democratic National Committee.

Furman also served as the treasurer of his family’s charity, the Furman Foundation, which has donated to Media Matters, the Alliance for Justice, and People for the American Way, according to his Senate confirmation questionnaire.

The Khalil ruling isn’t the first time Furman has staked out a controversial position on a case involving Israel. In 2018, Furman dismissed a terrorism lawsuit against the Paleostine Liberation Organization (PLO) and Paleostinian leadership in the West Bank, citing a lack of jurisdiction.

The lawsuit was filed by the family of Ari Fuld, an American-Israeli citizen who was stabbed to death by a Paleostinian terrorist outside an Israeli shopping center in 2018. The plaintiffs argued that the PLO and Paleostinian Authority were liable in Fuld’s murder under the Anti-Terrorism Act, because the Paleostinian government paid the terrorist’s family following the attack. Critics say this payment system, known as the "pay-to-slay" program, incentivizes terrorism.

Furman tossed the suit, arguing that the court didn’t have jurisdiction over the PLO and the Paleostinian Authority. But Fuld’s family and other victims of Paleostinian terrorism have appealed the issue, and the Supreme Court agreed to take up the question of jurisdiction in December.

In Khalil’s case, the government is challenging the Southern District’s jurisdiction over the case, arguing that Khalil's lawyers should have filed it in either New Jersey or Louisiana, where Khalil was detained at the time.

Ted Frank, the director of the Hamilton Lincoln Law Institute, told the Washington Free Beacon that there is a strong argument for challenging the jurisdiction and that he would be "surprised if the motion isn't granted."

Khalil's lawyers countered that there is legal standing to file his case in the place where he was arrested, if there is evidence that the government transferred him to prevent him from speaking with legal counsel.

"There is a two-track process here: habeas corpus (in federal court) and deportation (before an immigration judge)," Andrew McCarthy, a former prosecutor in the Southern District and columnist for National Review, told the Free Beacon. "The issue in the habeas case is whether Khalil's arrest and detention violate the Constitution."

FBI Refuses to Release Seth Rich Records on March 10
2025-03-04
[GatewayPundit] The corrupt FBI has once again refused to release crucial records related to the 2016 murder of Democratic National Committee (DNC) staffer Seth Rich.

Attorney Ty Clevenger, who has been battling for years to obtain these documents, reported that the FBI is stonewalling yet again, refusing to comply with his Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.

Rich was murdered in Washington, D.C., in the summer of 2016, shortly before WikiLeaks released the infamous Clinton emails.

On Monday, Clevenger took to X to reveal that the FBI will not be releasing Seth Rich-related records as expected on March 10th. Instead, the corrupt bureau plans to provide only a Vaughn index—a limited document listing withheld files and the reasons for their concealment.

In February 2024, Clevenger demanded that the FBI hand over the Seth Rich documents they continue to conceal from the public.

The FBI’s refusal follows a pattern of obfuscation. For years, the agency denied even possessing Seth Rich’s laptop—until Clevenger’s legal efforts forced the FBI to admit they had it all along. Yet, the agency still refuses to disclose any metadata from Seth Rich’s electronic devices.

Even more damning, Clevenger has already uncovered proof that the FBI improperly withheld pages from the CrowdStrike report related to the alleged 2016 DNC hack—an event that conveniently became a political weapon against President Donald Trump.

DNC Chair Candidate Reveals Massive Donations from George Soros, Reid Hoffman on Eve of Vote
2025-02-04
February 1, 2025
[FreeBeacon] Donations from Soros and Hoffman accounted for 70% of Wikler's funds in DNC chair race
It didn’t do him any good to sell his soul, though — Ken Martin won the top spot by 100 votes.
Ben Wikler’s campaign to lead the Democratic National Committee has been largely funded by Democratic megadonors Reid Hoffman and George Soros
...either Ernst Stavro Blofeld or Auric Goldfinger come true. Maybe both....
, according to campaign finance filings Wikler filed hours before Democrats
...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects...
will cast their votes for the next DNC (If you're white you ain't right!)
...Democrat National Committee, where all those off-the-wall talking points originate...
chairman.
I thought Soros son Alex Soros took over managing his father’s “charity”, Open Society Foundations, as well as the Soros Fund Management on the investment side. Does Dad still dabble a bit, just to keep his mind active? Or is this, perhaps, a sign that Alex is no longer the golden boy after his money did not prevent the Democrats from losing the last election?
Hoffman, a former associate of pedophile Jeffrey Want Some Candy, Little Girl? Epstein
...A high class pimp financier who was alleged to maintain a stable of underage whores sex slaves who were paid big bucks to entertain the rich and/or famous. He was really surprised when he commited suiciede in jail...
, contributed $250,000 to Wikler’s political action committee, Forward PAC, on Dec. 4, according to filings with the Federal Election Commission. Soros’s Democracy PAC gave $250,000 to Wikler’s committee on Dec. 2, records show.

Those contributions account for nearly 70 percent of the campaign funds to Wikler, the chairman of the Wisconsin Democratic Party.

The disclosure comes just hours before 448 Democratic National Committee members cast their votes at a meeting in National Harbor, Maryland, to elect the next party leader. Wikler, 43, is considered a frontrunner in the race alongside Ken Martin, the head of the Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party.

Wikler’s ties to Democratic Party megadonors have already proved a liability, though it was not clear until now just how heavily he relied on them for his campaign. Jeff Weaver, the former campaign manager for democratic socialist Bernie Sanders

...The only first openly Socialist member of the U.S. Senate. Sanders was Representative-for-Life from Vermont until moving to the Senate for the rest of his life in 2006, assuming the seat vacated by Jim Jeffords. He ran for the 2016 nomination for president, to be cheated out of it by Hillary Clinton, then went back to being an Independent socialist, waiting for 2020 to roll around...
, has publicly opposed Wikler because of his affiliation with Hoffman, the co-founder of LinkedIn. Martin, the Minnesota Democratic Party leader, has called out Wikler during several DNC events over his relationship with Hoffman.

Former Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley, another DNC candidate, called on Wikler and others to disclose their campaign donors last week, though all declined to do so, Politico reported.

Liberal Democrats’ beef with Hoffman has little to do with the billionaire’s well-established ties to Jeffrey Epstein or his funding for deceptive campaign tactics in the 2017 Alabama senate race. Instead, they object to Hoffman’s efforts last year to pressure Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris
launched her campaign on the “RuPaul’s Drag Race”
to fire Lina Khan, the former head of the Federal Trade Commission. Hoffman asserted last July that Khan was "waging a war on American business" through anti-merger actions and said he hoped that Harris would "replace her."

Wikler and Martin have both landed notable endorsements in the DNC race. Sen. Chuck Schumer
...Senator-for-life from New York, renowned for his love of standing in front of cameras and microphones. Schumer has been a professional politician since 1975, when disco was in flower, which is 49.16621 years. Senate minority leader as of 2017...
(N.Y.) and Rep. Nancy San Fran Nan Pelosi
Congresswoman-for-Life from the San Francisco Bay Area, born into a family of professional politicians. On-again-off-again Speaker of the House. It's not her fault when they lose, but it's her accomplishment when they win. Noted for her heavily botoxed grimace and occasional senior... uhhh... moments...
(Calif.) have endorsed Wikler. But Martin boasts more public endorsements from DNC members and is considered the progressive wing’s preferred choice.

Both have embraced controversial positions that could prove liabilities should they take over the DNC. As head of the Wisconsin Democratic Party, he oversaw a vote in which party members voted against a resolution to condemn Hamas
..always the voice of sweet reason...
for its terrorist attack on Israel on Oct. 7, 2023. As chairman, the Wisconsin Democrats approved a platform that called itself the "party of DEI."

Martin has called for President Donald Trump
...Oh, noze! Not him!...
to be put on trial for treason, a charge that calls for the death penalty
, based on a debunked news report that Trump ignored intelligence briefings that Russia paid bounties to the Taliban
...Arabic for students...
to attack American troops in Afghanistan.

New DNC Leader Vows to Battle Trump's Agenda—But Haven't They Learned from 2024?
2025-02-02
[TOWNHALL] The Democratic Party has found its new leader, and it's clear that the battle lines for the next election cycle have already been drawn. With the party's fresh leadership, they're vowing to take on President Donald Trump
...They hit him with slander, they impeached him twice. Nancy Pelosi tore up his State of the Union address on national TV. They stole an election and put his adherents in jail. They vilified him. They couldn't crucify him, so they shot him. Still, they can't keep him down...
's agenda head-on, promising to ramp up opposition from economic policies to immigration. While this new face may offer a sense of hope for the left, conservatives are preparing for another wave of radical leftist policies that aim to dismantle the progress America will make under Trump's leadership.

The Democratic National Committee (DNC (If you're white you ain't right!)
...Democrat National Committee, where all those off-the-wall talking points originate...
) has chosen Minnesota party leader Ken Martin
Who?
as its next national chair. Martin's party aims to move forward and recover from a disappointing 2024.

''We have one team, one team, the Democratic Party," Martin said. "The fight is for our values. The fight is for working people. The fight right now is against Donald Trump and the billionaires who bought this country.''

Martin won a commanding victory on the first ballot, securing more than 100 votes over the second-place finisher, Ben Wikler,
…apparently both are white men, which says all you need to know about the post-Kamala Harris Democratic Party…
the chair of the Wisconsin Democratic Party, out of the 428 DNC members who voted.

Martin has been a vocal advocate for progressive policies and strongly opposes Trump. He has frequently criticized the president's approach to governance, depicting him as a threat to democratic values. Martin has also rallied the Democratic Party to combat Trump's influence in Minnesota and beyond. He has claimed that Trump's policies are divisive
...politicians call things divisive when when the other side sez something they don't like. Their own statements are never divisive, they're principled...
and harmful to the values of American democracy.

He directed his post-victory speech at Trump and the Republican Party, cautioning them that they would not sit back and ''not take you on when you fail the American people.''

''It's also to make sure we're defining them and we're out there making sure the American people know what the stakes of not only these coming elections are, but what's happening in this country,'' he continued.

Stay-at-Home Bureaucrats: Congressional probe exposes billions in waste from federal telework gigs
2025-01-16
[JustTheNews] "The Biden-Harris Administration has ceded too much authority to the federal union bosses, allowing their preference to work from home to take precedence over fulfilling agencies’ missions and serving the American people," Rep. James Comer said.

The House Oversight and Accountability Committee found Wednesday that vast numbers of federal employees telework from home, wasting billions of taxpayer dollars spent on office space, and the Biden administration has enabled such accommodations to continue during President-elect Donald Trump’s next administration.

“The Biden-Harris administration has ceded too much authority to the federal union bosses, allowing their preference to work from home to take precedence over fulfilling agencies’ missions and serving the American people,” the committee declared in a report decrying the continued widespread use of telework since the COVID-19 pandemic ended.

The report’s release came ahead of a hearing held by House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., on Wednesday called “The Stay-at-Home Federal Workforce: Another Biden-Harris Legacy,” at 10 a.m. Eastern Time.

TELEWORK FINDINGS
The committee found the Biden administration appears to exaggerate the number of federal employees working in-office. The administration’s own data shows that as of last May, among “the 2.28 million federal civilian employees, approximately 228,000 are never required to show up to the office, and nearly all of the other 1.1 million employees technically-eligible for telework are engaged in telework.” The employees eligible for telework “were in the office an average of three days a week.”

Additionally, several agencies have telework-eligible employees who “collectively spend less than half their work hours in the office.” Employees who telework “must report to the office on occasion,” whereas, “remote employees never need to show up to work.”

Teleworking employees have roughly doubled since before the COVID-19 pandemic, and remote workers have jumped from 2% to 10% since fiscal year 2019.

"[B]etween September 2019 and May 2024, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) went from 2 percent remote to 29 percent; OPM went from 7 percent remote to 40 percent remote; the General Services Administration (GSA) went from 6 percent remote to 50 percent remote; and the Department of Education (ED) workforce went from 2 percent remote to 55 percent remote," the report reads.

UNUSED OFFICE SPACE
In a July 2023 Government Accountability Office (GAO) report referenced by the House committee report, the federal agency “found that 17 of the 24 federal agencies used on average an estimated 25 percent or less of the capacity of their headquarter buildings.”

Furthermore, “Some agency headquarters reported occupancy rates as low as nine percent.” The U.S. government spends about $7 billion a year to lease and maintain federal agency office space.

During a November 2023 hearing with General Services Administration Administrator (GSA) Robin Carnahan, Comer said, “Federal agencies spent $3.3 billion dollars on furniture over the past few years apparently to furnish office spaces left mostly empty under maximum telework. Some agencies spent hundreds of thousands of dollars just on updating empty conference rooms.”

Carnahan herself “only worked at GSA headquarters in D.C. for 64 workdays—approximately one in four work days—from March 2022 to March 2023. She spent most of her time, 121 days, teleworking from Missouri,” according to the report.

CONTINUED TELEWORK INTO TRUMP ADMIN
Some Biden administration officials “collaborated with union allies to further entrench telework guarantees for portions of the federal workforce covered by collective bargaining agreements,” according to the report.

Last April, the Office of Personnel Management issued a rule “aimed to more deeply entrench the federal workforce by restricting executive discretion over the classification of federal employee positions,” the report reads.
Last April, the Office of Personnel Management issued a rule “aimed to more deeply entrench the federal workforce by restricting executive discretion over the classification of federal employee positions,” the report reads. The rule does not include meaningful telework reforms and “seeks to prevent the incoming Trump Administration from holding ineffective bureaucrats accountable.”

Also, “the outgoing Biden-Harris Administration entered into long-term [collective bargaining agreements] with federal employee unions that limit management authority through unprecedented concessions, including guaranteeing telework for federal bureaucrats.”

For example, in late November, then-Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (SSA) Martin O’Malley approved an agreement with the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) that "seeks to lock in minimum telework levels for 42,000 SSA employees until 2029.”

The agreement was reached after O’Malley announced that he would be running for Democratic National Committee chair and days before he resigned from SSA.

“Nearly all of the 58,875 SSA employees are telework eligible, and those eligible employees have spent only 46.9 percent of their time in the office,” according to the report.

“President Trump has promised to reform the federal workforce and bring federal employees back to their offices,” the report explains. “The Biden-Harris Administration’s lame duck political gamesmanship will hinder and constrain the ability of the incoming Trump Administration to manage employees effectively and responsibly, and to increase accountability to the public.”

AFGE released a statement ahead of the House Oversight panel hearing on Wednesday:

“As a preliminary matter, AFGE is compelled to note that the title of today’s hearing unfortunately distorts how telework fits into larger work practices and protocols at federal agencies in order to unjustly criticize federal employees. Hardworking, dedicated federal employees should not be derided as ‘stay-at-home workers.’ Our members perform vital roles in public safety, law enforcement, and health care – including providing care for active-duty military and millions of veterans. The majority of our members were ineligible for telework even when the pandemic was at its worst and no vaccines or treatments were available. Many members died of COVID during this period, likely contracted while performing their work for the American people. For many thousands of our members, it is thus bitterly ironic to now castigate the ‘stay-at-home federal workforce.’”

REPORT RECOMMENDATIONS
  • The report lists nine recommendations for telework reform in the federal government. The recommendations are:

  • Base telework and remote work policies on achievement of mission outcomes, not employee preferences or union demands.

  • Establish automated systems for tracking the use of telework and remote work, and create clear, measurable metrics to evaluate its costs and benefits.

  • Impose more frequent and timely reporting requirements on agency-level telework, to better inform Executive Branch leaders, Congress and the public.

  • Use the White House and central management agencies to implement an enterprise-wide approach to telework and remote work that prioritizes the public interest. Do not permit a telework bidding war among agencies looking to attract federal workers that transfer between them based on which will let them stay home the most.

  • Align the federal property footprint with the government’s office space needs. Dispose of unneeded property and terminate unnecessary leases, while optimizing use of the space that remains.

  • Introduce and enact a new version of the SHOW Up Act, restoring agency telework to no more than pre- pandemic levels. Only permit higher levels at agencies that make a convincing, measurable case for doing so.

  • Consider legislation disallowing collective bargaining over federal employee telework.

  • Consider legislation that would open to renegotiation at the start of each new Presidential term all existing collective bargaining agreements with federal employees.

  • Consider legislation to pay all remote federal employees at the rest of United States' locality pay rate, to encourage a broader geographic dispersion of the federal workforce, and to reduce cost to taxpayers.
The Daily Mail adds:
Top Republican James Comer is leading the charge in Congress to drag 228,000 federal government employees back into the office.

This week, he's working to provide Donald Trump suggestions for a new government 'business model' to cut down on the staggering number of federal teleworkers.

Comer, who chairs the powerful House Oversight Committee, is holding a hearing Wednesday on federal teleworking practices that have persisted long after the COVID pandemic.

'We know that more than half of the federal employees, and a vast majority of federal office workers, are either regularly teleworking or fully remote,' Comer revealed to DailyMail.com exclusively.

With roughly 2.2 million civilian federal employees, the vast scope of how many of government's workers are remote has been difficult to quantify, the Republican admitted. Comer also shared that he spoke to Donald Trump about the scale of teleworking over the weekend when he was visiting the president-elect at Mar-a-Lago along with other lawmakers.

'At the very least, President Trump expects the federal workforce to show up for work,' the chairman said of their chat.

The lawmaker also shared he will share his findings with Trump, who he then expects will use the information to inform his cost-cutting initiatives, such as the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).

'What we're trying to do, as quick as he gets in office, is to provide him with as much data as possible, to help them try to come up with a new business model of the federal government and the federal work,' Comer shared.
