Note that Lt. Byrd was promoted to captain last August. US District Court Judge Jia Cobb (in DC) is accused of being on the far left of the spectrum — she spent six years in DC as a public defender, then nine in private practice litigating civil rights cases before President Biden out her name up for the judgeship in 2021 — so the conclusion is easily drawn.

In an exclusive breaking story, several Federal Air Marshal whistleblowers have come forward with information showing that former U.S. Representative and Presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard is currently enrolled in the Quiet Skies program. Quiet Skies is a TSA surveillance program with its own compartmentalized suspected terrorist watchlist. It is the same program being weaponized against J6 defendants and their families. Quiet Skies is allegedly used to protect traveling Americans from suspected domestic terrorists. The photo below is a screenshot from the actual Target Package used by the FAMS to surveil Gabbard.
The whistleblowers first shared the information with Sonya LaBosco, the Executive Director of the Air Marshal National Council (AMNC), a national advocacy group for the Federal Air Marshals (FAMs). According to LaBosco, at least one of the whistleblowers is ready to go on the record with pertinent documentation. LaBosco shared that Gabbard is unaware she has two Explosive Detection Canine Teams, one Transportation Security Specialist (explosives), one plainclothes TSA Supervisor, and three Federal Air Marshalls on every flight she boards. LaBosco has attempted to contact Gabbard and her staff but has not received a response.
LaBosco and AMNC President David Londo have repeatedly testified on behalf of FAMS. They have also written countless letters concerning the classification of innocent Americans as domestic terrorists to the Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs, the House Homeland Committee, the Committee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government, and the House Oversight Committee.
Because of ongoing whistleblower information, LaBosco believes TSA and Homeland Security are violating citizens’ constitutional rights in a “big domestic surveillance grab” that seems to be targeting conservatives.
UncoverDC broke a story in November 2023 about A.J. Fischer’s infant son, who continues to be enrolled in the program because his father attended the Jan. 6 Capitol protests. J6 attendee Bryan Smith, who served 20 years with unblemished service, is also on the list. So is Christine Crowder, the wife of an active Air Marshal. Crowder was in D.C. on Jan. 6 but did not attend the Capitol protest.

Sen. Tim Scott (R-S.C.) tied the knot with fiancée Mindy Noce in a ceremony over the weekend in South Carolina.
The pair exchanged vows on Saturday at Seacoast Church in Charleston, nearly eight months after the South Carolina senator proposed to Noce, an interior designer, The Post and Courier reported.
"Tonight, we promised to cherish and nourish each other and our marriage for the rest of our lives. Mindy, you’ve made me the happiest man alive. I love you," Scott wrote Saturday on X.
Posting two photos from the ceremony, Scott shared a Bible verse, Matthew 19:6, that read, "So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate."

[PJ] Barack Obama has been a very busy man in recent weeks. Within hours of Joe Biden's disastrous June 27 debate with Donald Trump. the former Democratic president was working the phones looking to engineer a quick Biden exit.
That was not to be. Biden was within three points of Trump in the national polls and felt that Obama, Pelosi, and the whole gaggle of establishment Democrats were running scared. There were still four months to go before election day, and Biden felt he had time to recover.
He was not to be given that time. Biden was dumped from the ticket and unceremoniously kicked to the curb in favor of a vice president with the lowest approval rating in history.
Kamala Harris has since been transformed. She's no longer the bumbling, fumbling punchline to a political joke. She's the savior of the nation, girding her loins to do battle with the Evil One, Donald Trump.
But just because the media is portraying her as a world-beater doesn't mean anything. She's still a disaster area as a candidate. So Barack Obama has decided to step out from behind the curtain and run the Harris campaign.

Kamala Harris gave her first unscripted remarks Thursday since ascending to the role of POTUS-in-waiting.
She and Joe Biden were standing on the tarmac of Joint Base Andrews just before midnight waiting to greet four American hostages freed from Russia when a reporter managed to fire a question at the usually inaccessible pair.
For some reason, Harris answered — but with her trademark incomprehensible word salad.

Data on a laptop is only transferred to "the Cloud" if the software on the laptop initiates a transfer.
"The Cloud" is other people's storage hardware.
Data is transferred via internet to other people's IT systems that are located somewhere in physical space. perhaps in foreign adversarial jurisdictions.
Every entity who has physical access or can enforce access to such IT systems has possession of the data.
That is true for email as well which is why I was very surprised to learn that high ranking Western politicians are conducting serious business using generic email services provided by Google, etc.
Encryption could mitigate these issues, but I fear that encryption offered by black box cloud systems is more security theatre than security.
I think it is highly likely that the entirety of Mrs Harris' personal computer data and her email conversations are in the hands of every even remotely competent political actor in the world.
