Wyoming teacher fired for refusing to call transgender students by their preferred names
[THEPOSTMILLENNIAL] A Wyoming substitute school teacher who refused to call transgender-identifying students by their preferred names has been banned from teaching at a high school in the Laramie County School District. His job is currently under review by multiple other schools, but he insisted that he won't back down from his stance on the names issue.

Gene Clemetson said that it all began at East High School in Cheyenne when a transgender student, who he described as a biological male, asked to be called by a female name during an attendance roll call.

"I said to him, very politely, I have to go by the name on the roster," Clemetson told the Cowboy State Daily.

The student returned with another teacher, who informed Clemetson that the student's parents had given the school permission to call their child by an alternate name.

Clemetson responded, "Well that's great, but again, if I'm calling the attendance, if I'm calling the roll, I'm going by the names officially registered with the district."

The principal intervened and told Clemetson that he did not fit in at the school and was not welcome back.

#1

Was the student's preferred name, their New LEGALLY changed name?
Or was it just a mentally confused, whiny student's demand?

Firing teachers for using the student's enrolled legal name has set up the Taxpayers to pay
$$,$$$,$$$ in wrongful termination lawsuits.

But Then Again....
Shouldn't it be a 2 way street and allow teachers to name students as the teacher identifies them?

Example: Mentally Confused Student #1, what is the answer to the question?

Biden's 'perpetual state of confusion' on display in Normandy amid rising cognitive questions
[FOX] The Republican National Committee (RNC) research division posted several videos on X that appeared to show President Biden in "a perpetual state of confusion" following his speech in Normandy on Thursday to commemorate the 80th anniversary of D-Day.

The RNC research account, which is managed by former President Trump's campaign and the RNC, rattled off several posts on X of the president in Normandy, with one video showing Biden bending down at one point, seeming to be uncertain whether it was time to sit down.

"Awkward," the RNC captioned the video.

#5  From Kunstler today:
" The bottom-line for now: “Joe Biden” is about to wave bye-bye. They’ve already put the question to him. He’s resisting. The one coherent thought in his failing mind is that he has pardon power as long as he is president. It’s not so much Hunter and that silly-ass gun case in Wilmington, which he’ll surely wriggle out of. It’s more about the brothers Jim and Frank and all the spouses and offspring who received wire transfers of Chinese money, Ukraine money, Russian money, Kazak money, Romanian money. . . ."

Hunter Biden laptop re-emerges as media embarrassment as it becomes key evidence at gun trial
[FoxNews] CNN, MSNBC, NYT, WaPo were among the news outlets that peddled the 'Russian disinformation' narrative.

Inside Hallie Biden's toxic relationship with Hunter and the President who paid for her $45,000 rehab

[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] Hallie Biden's history with the Biden family is a toxic one: Beginning a tawdry affair with her dead husband Beau's brother, getting sucked into the vortex of Hunter's addiction to crack cocaine and having her trips to rehab visits paid for by the president , DailyMail.com can reveal.

Now, Hallie, 50, is set to testify for the prosecution in Hunter's Delaware gun crimes trial on Thursday, detailing how they frequently abused drugs in the late 2010s.

DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal material from Hunter's abandoned laptop that lays bare Hallie's own struggles with drug addiction, her involvement with Hunter's firm, Rosemont Seneca, and her twisted relationship with the president's only surviving son.

Hallie Olivere, who grew up in Delaware and whose mother was friends with Joe, joined the Biden clan in 2002 when she married Beau. He became state attorney general in 2007.

Though Hunter's prolific drug addiction and downward spiral into binges with prostitutes has been well-publicized, messages and videos from his laptop reveal that Hallie was also in the throes of addiction during their twisted relationship.

It got so bad that even Hunter tried to persuade her to stop.

Dem education official refuses to enforce Washington's Parents' Bill of Rights, claims students should be able to keep gender identity secret
[THEPOSTMILLENNIAL] Washington’s Superintendent of Public Instruction has refused to enforce parts of a Parents' Bill of Rights that passed the Washington Legislature with bipartisan support in March. The initiative had garnered hundreds of thousands of signatures from Washingtonians. The reason for the refusal is to aid students in keeping gender identity secret from their parents.

Initiative 2081 emphasizes, and in some cases augments, rights already granted to parents under state and federal law but does not change them. The law requires schools to notify parents before medical services are offered to their child, except in emergencies, as well as of medical treatment arranged by the school. The law also gives parents the right to review their child’s medical and counseling records and expands when parents can opt their child out of sex education classes.

The bill came before the legislature after hundreds of thousands of Washingtonians signed the parental rights initiative backed by the citizen action group Let’s Go Washington.

Despite the bipartisan passage of the bill, the American Civil Liberties Union of Washington, along with other groups, challenged the law, claiming that it violated the state Constitution, which requires new laws not to revise or revoke old laws without stating so. On Tuesday, King County Superior Court Commissioner Mark Hillman ruled against the ACLU and said the challengers to the law didn’t show that it would create imminent harm necessary to warrant blocking it until a trial court judge can consider it, according to KSTP.

In response to the ruling, Washington’s Superintendent of Public Instruction Chris Reykdal announced that he will not be enforcing parts of the law.

On Wednesday, Reykdal claimed that the bill could violate student privacy rights and announced that the contested parts of the law by the ACLU and others wouldn’t be enforced. Reykdal said in a statement, "The initiative states that parents and legal guardians have the right to inspect their child’s public school records."

Dem opponent of Elise Stefanik suggests Trump supporters need 're-education camps'
[THEPOSTMILLENNIAL] A New York Democrat running for Congress suggested in a Zoom townhall meeting that Donald Trump supporters need to be subjected to "re-education camps" for the country to "put it all together again" after "we’ve gone through this MAGA nightmare."

Paula Collins made the comments this week when discussing how to get past the election in 2024, even if there is a giant blue wave in support of Democrats. Collins is running against GOP House Chairwoman and New York Representative Elise Stefanik, in the Empire State's 21st congressional district.

BIDEN: DEI are the core strength of America, and it starts at the top with the Vice President
[THEPOSTMILLENNIAL] Incumbent candidate President Joe The Big Guy Biden
...46th president of the U.S. ‘This Is A Man That Does Not Seem Demented’...
admitted on Wednesday what many already knew, that he chose Kámala Harris
Former Oakland mayor Willie Brown's former mistress, then a senatrix from California former 2020 Dem presidential hopeful, and Joe Biden's wing nut...
to be his Vice President due to the color of her skin and her female identity than because of her qualifications. Speaking at a campaign stop in Philadelphia, Biden said "to me the values of diversity, equality, inclusion are literally—and that's not kidding—the core strengths of America. That's why I'm proud to have the most diverse administration in history."

"I've tapped into the full talents of our country, and it starts at the top with the Vice President."

When Joe Biden was running for president in 2020, he promised to bring more non-white people into his administration, and that included as his running mate. When considering veep candidates, he told Joy Reid "I am not committed to naming any (of the potential candidates), but the people I’ve named, and among them there are four Black women."

In fact, a letter was given to Biden, signed by over 100 black men, telling him that "failing to select a Black woman in 2020 means you will lose the election." The signers included Sean "Diddy" Combs, who is under investigation by a grant jury just impaneled in New York, as well as Charlamagne Tha God, to whom Biden said if black people don't vote for him then they "ain't black," and activist attorney Ben Crump, who was a prominent face in the Saint George Floyd
...The patron saint of Minneapolis...
affair.

The reason behind the selection of a running mate who was, first and foremost, black and female was to secure loyal Democrat voters and activists and to make sure they turned out to the polls. The best way to do that, they figured, was by giving voters a reason that resonated with their identity and not with their ideology—although perhaps it would be more accurate to say that identity was ideology, as Biden emphasized during his Philadelphia speech. During his time in office, he has instituted DEI initiatives throughout ever agency in his administration, penning executive orders and instituting mandates and race-based quotes across for everything from agriculture to health directives to education.

After Harris was brought onto the ticket in August of 2020, longtime Democrat operative Minyon Moore said she did not know if Biden "will ever know what he did for a group of women who stand in the shadows of America. He has decided to write us into history. My nieces will see this—and generations to come."

Harris secured about 3 percent of the vote when she ran for president in her own right and dropped out of the race early due to that lack of support.

'It's called reciprocity': GOP leaders, pundits urge party to fight back against Democrat lawfare
[THEPOSTMILLENNIAL] Following 2024 GOP presumptive candidate Donald Trump
...The tack in the backside of the Democratic Party...
’s conviction in the New York City falsified business records case brought forth by Democrat DA Alvin Bragg
...Soros-owned and operated Manhattan DA. Putting vicious and blood-thirsty criminals in jail only makes them unhappy, and they've led such hard lives after all...
, as well as the other cases brought by Biden's own DOJ, Republican leaders and pundits have urged that the party return fire on Democrats
...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects...
who have waged lawfare against Trump.

Human Events Daily host Jack Posobiec said Monday, "To beat this system is to take action and take power. All of these types, Merrick Garland, Jack Smith, these are the ones who can, should, and hopefully will be behind bars when we win, because the name of the game, folks, is reciprocity. It's called reciprocity. It's called that which is done to us will be done back to you 10 times. And you know what they say about payback."

Speaking with Fox News’ Jesse Watters the night following the verdict, America First legal founder and former Trump advisor Stephen Miller urged Republicans to "unshackle themselves from their self-imposed restraints and are as ruthless in fighting to save America as the Democrats are fighting to destroy America."

Miller asked whether Republican secretaries of state were "purging your voting rolls of noncitizens right now? Is every Republican state AG opening investigations into voter fraud right now? Is every House committee controlled by Republicans using its subpoena power in every way it needs to right now? Is every Republican DA starting every investigation they need to right now?"

"Every facet of Republican Party politics and power has to be used right now to go toe to toe with Marxism and beat these communists."

Tim Scott PAC to spend $14 MILLION on minority voter outreach
[THEPOSTMILLENNIAL] A super PAC affiliated with Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) started an initiative on Thursday in which it will be spending $14 million to do outreach to minority voters with the goal of expanding the coalition of GOP voters of color. Scott has been floated as a potential vice-presidential pick by Donald Trump in the upcoming 2024 election.

The Great Opportunity PAC, which started right after Scott ended his presidential bid, has committed to spending $14 million in the months leading up to election day in order to bring a broader coalition into the GOP voter base. Funds from the PAC will be spent in order to sway lower propensity minority voters in key swing states to shift over to the GOP. Much polling in recent months has had Trump gaining support among minority populations, with black voter support more than doubling, per CNN averages.

Scott is facing the task of shifting the vote of the black population in many of the swing states, which has leaned heavily Democrat over the years. However, there have been polls suggesting that black and other voters of color are shifting over to the GOP as Biden has been in the White House.

“I think there’s been seed in the soil that’s been germinating,” Scott told Politico. “Now the question is, are there laborers available to take advantage of the harvest?”

Great Opportunity PAC isn't planning on spending the money on a traditional field office campaign, but more so making commitments to do a mix of voter contacting programs as well as surveys, data analytics, and paid media. Despite doubts from other political operatives within the party, Scott believes the plan to reach out to the voter block can work leading into November.

“The black guys I’m talking to around South Carolina … are fed up with this two-tiered justice system,” Scott told reporters at the outlet. “So much so that I would suggest that the number today is closer to … 45 to 50 percent of African American men who are open” to voting Republican.
