[EpochTimes] Florida Senate Bill 168 bars sanctuary policies, or policies that prohibit or impede law enforcement from complying with federal immigration law or that block law enforcement agencies from communicating or cooperating with federal immigration agencies.
The Florida legislature passed the legislation in 2019 and Gov. Ron DeSantis, a Republican, signed it into law.
But some of the groups that supported and were involved with crafting the law, including the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), have "been described as anti-immigrant hate groups," U.S. District Judge Beth Bloom, an Obama nominee, wrote in her 110-page ruling.
"This involvement strongly suggests that the Legislature enacted SB 168 to promote and ratify the racist views of these advocacy groups," she added. She can read the Legislature's minds, and they are evil.
The Community Justice Center, one of the plaintiffs, said in a statement that the ruling was "a victory for immigrants across the state of Florida." Legal or illegal, past, present, and future.
"This law was clearly developed to encourage racial profiling, civil rights violations, isolation of immigrant communities, and unjust deportations. It did more harm for the causes of public safety than good. This should send a clear message to Gov. DeSantis and all those proponents of this racist law that they will not go unchallenged," the center said. On the other hand -
"Yet again a federal trial court judge partially enjoins a plainly constitutional state statute," Taryn Fenske, the governor's spokesperson, said in a statement to news outlets. "We disagree with the judge's ruling and expect to win on appeal."

None of the various systems related to elections had numbers that would balance and agree with each other. In some cases, these differences were significant.
There appears to be many ballots cast from individuals who had moved prior to the election.
Files were missing from the Election Management System (EMS) Server.
Ballot images on the EMS were corrupt or missing.
Logs appeared to be intentionally rolled over, and all the data in the database related to the 2020 General Election had been fully cleared.
On the ballot side, batches were not always clearly delineated, duplicated ballots were missing the required serial numbers, originals were duplicated more than once, and the Auditors were never provided Chain‐of‐ Custody documentation for the ballots for the time‐period prior to the ballot’s movement into the Auditors’ care. This all increased the complexity and difficulty in properly auditing the results; and added ambiguity into the final conclusions.

On three occasions since then he provided only one short answer during his public events as reporters shouted questions.
As the president left the United Nations on Tuesday, he responded to a question about the chaos on the Southern border.
“We will get it under control,” he replied shortly.

Well if they can't use loose ropes (which is what it looks like to me - definitely not whips) I guess they will have to use guns and long range rifles.
The photographer behind images depicting Border Patrol agents on horseback told KTSM things are not exactly what they seem when it comes to the photos.
The photographs, which were taken Sunday, appear to show agents on horses with a whip in hand. The photos caused outrage because from certain angles, it appears to show Border Patrol whipping migrants, but photographer Paul Ratje said he and his colleagues never saw agents whipping anyone.
“Some of the Haitian men started running, trying to go around the horses,” Ratje said.
Ratje is a photographer based in Las Cruces and has been in Del Rio since Friday. He said took the photographs from the Mexican side.
“I’ve never seen them whip anyone,” Ratje said. “He was swinging it, but it can be misconstrued when you’re looking at the picture.”
[NBCMiami] Speaking at a news conference in Tampa Thursday, DeSantis said the state will be receiving about 3,000 does of the new monoclonal antibody treatment from GlaxoSmithKline. DeSantis said the state acquired the treatments to try to make up for {HUGE} reductions in federal allotments of the monoclonal antibodies. Less than 18,000 doses of Regeneron's monoclonal antibodies are expected to arrive from the federal government next week, DeSantis said.
DeSantis said it's a dramatic reduction from just a couple weeks ago, when the federal government was sending Florida more than 40,000 treatments per week.
Health and Human Services officials said they were changing the system for allocating monoclonal antibodies to maintain an equitable distribution of the treatments.
