"We have destroyed their (Iran's - editor's note) nuclear capability. They can start again. If they do, we will destroy it faster than you can wave a finger," Trump said at a press conference after meeting with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
According to the head of the White House, the United States is receiving “very unpleasant signals” from Iran.
On July 22, the American president also announced his readiness to carry out repeated strikes on Iran's nuclear facilities. Before that, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Abbas Araghch, said that Tehran was not yet ready for direct negotiations with Washington on the Iranian nuclear program, but the country was ready to take any confidence-building measures necessary to confirm the peaceful nature of the nuclear program.
