[Korrespondent] More than a third of Russian attacks are concentrated in the Pokrovsk direction. There, Ukrainian Armed Forces units have already repelled 30 assaults.
Since the beginning of the current day, 85 battles between the Ukrainian army and the Russian invaders have taken place on the front. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in an operational report as of 16:00 on Friday, July 25.
Thus, in the Severo-Slobodskoy and Kursk directions, our soldiers repelled one Russian attack.
In the South-Slobodskoy direction, the enemy attacked three times near Glubokoe, Figolivka and in the direction of Kozachya Lopan and received a worthy rebuff.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy attacked Ukrainian positions in the Stepova Novoselivka area.
In the Liman direction, the invading army attacked 15 times near the settlements of Grekovka, Novy Mir, Sredneye, Ridkodub, Yampolivka, Kolodyazy and Dibrova. 13 attempts to advance the enemy were successfully stopped. The fighting continues.
In the Seversky direction, the enemy tried to break through in the Grigoryevka and Vyemka areas 10 times. Five combat clashes continue.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy twice attacked the positions of the Defense Forces in the area of Chasovy Yar.
In the Toretsk direction, the invaders advanced five times in the areas of Dilievka, Toretsk and Rusiny Yar.
In the Pokrovsky direction, the occupiers carried out 34 assaults near the settlements of Popov Yar, Novoekonomichnoe, Razine, Lisivka, Chunyshine, Zvirovoe, Kotlinoe, Udachnoye, Muravka, Novoukrainka and Alekseyevka. The defense forces repelled 30 attacks. Four battles are ongoing.
In the Novopavlovsk direction, the enemy attacked eight times near the settlements of Zelenyi Gai, Tolstoye, Novokhatskoye and Temirovka. Three combat clashes are still ongoing.
In the Dnieper direction, the enemy tried to break through to the positions of Ukrainian troops six times. One battle has not yet ended.
Let us recall that over the past 24 hours, 130 military clashes took place on the front, the hottest situation is in the Pokrovsky direction, where more than 40 Russian assaults were recorded.
On Thursday, Russian losses reached almost 1,000 fighters killed and wounded. Among the destroyed equipment were two air defense systems.
