| Former VOA employee indicted over threats to Congresswoman Greene |

| [NBCnews] WASHINGTON DC — A man has been arrested in the nation's capital and accused of threatening Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., and members of her family. Seth Jason, of Maryland, was arrested in Washington after being indicted on four charges, according to court records released Thursday... The Justice Department said in a statement that an investigation revealed the calls to Greene were "made from various phone lines connected to studios and control rooms" at Voice of America headquarters...The alleged actions took place before Trump took office. The Voice of America, a broadcast outlet funded by the U.S. government but editorially independent, has been nearly dismantled since Trump returned to office, with hundreds of staff members terminated.
