| #2 Yesterday, the local ABC weatherman said he 'didn't have a political bone in his body, but here are the facts' and spelled out the timeline of 8-10 levels of warning. At least one should have set off cell phones. The weather service did it's job. The problem was all the visitors were unaware of the river's potential and it happened overnight. Some camps got the word and evacuated. Maybe some had their phones turned off for the night. |
