| [IsraelTimes] The IDF says it foiled an attempt to smuggle weapons into Israel from Egypt earlier today, using a drone. The drone had been identified crossing the border from Egypt into Israel, and troops dispatched to the scene chased after it. The soldiers found that the drone was ferrying three rifles, according to the IDF. In recent months there have been frequent attempts to bring weapons over the Egypt border using drones. |
