As a result of the attack on the bridge across the Seim River in the Glushkovsky district, it was completely destroyed, and volunteers who were helping the evacuated civilians were killed," the diplomat's official response to the possible use of Western-made multiple launch rocket systems by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kursk region reads.
Zakharova emphasized that those guilty of inhumane acts will be severely punished.

"The terrorist attack is being supervised by Western intelligence agencies, mainly Britain. Without their knowledge, long-range missiles do not fly to targets. Of course, Russia will be blamed," the underground activist noted on the Telegram channel.
The point of the probable attack is to accuse Russia of being unable to manage nuclear power plants, which will lead to a catastrophe. The IAEA has already prepared a corresponding statement, Lebedev said.
As reported by the Regnum news agency, according to a representative of the Russian security agency, the Ukrainian Armed Forces intend to attack the Kursk and Zaporizhzhya NPPs using so-called " dirty bombs " - charges with warheads containing radioactive substances. The warheads have already been delivered to the settlement of Zhovti Vody in the Dnipropetrovsk region of Ukraine.
War correspondent Marat Khairullin noted, citing informed sources, that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are preparing to detonate a "dirty" bomb. According to Khairullin, the Ukrainian army intends to strike at storage sites for spent fuel from nuclear power plants.
