#12 Yes. Many people think venomous spiders, snakes, etc. are conscious and rational. They think themselves right into a fatal encounter. |

#11 the comments who reflect Western Rational Thinking onto the ayatollahs and fanatics in the IRGC/Management amuse me. They tell you who they are and what they want EXACTLY |

#10 If the other side, Saudi Arabia, is perceived to throw the first stone, the fight is on. From the Saudi perspective, Iran has been throwing first stones against them since the engineered Hajj riots in 1986. See here. |

#9 At this point I think the House of Saud would defend itself as such, claims that they were doing it in the name of allan second place consideration, if that. |

#8 As tensions mount and the talks fail, which they surely will, we should be concerned about becoming embroiled in war with Iran due to a false flag attack conducted against the Iranians by one of our pseudo proxies in the region. Saudi, Israel, or even by hardliners within the Iranian government. That said... While Iran may dislike Israel, they loathe Saudi Arabia and the exportation of Wahibi influence from the Saudi kingdom. The Saudi and Iranian proxy war continues in Yemen...maybe we should encourage it to go hot...for distraction and let them grind each other a bit. Sistani put out an edict that it was permissible to fight a defensive war...not an offensive one. If the other side, Saudi Arabia, is perceived to throw the first stone, the fight is on. |

#7 The never-ending dance for money and attention to cloak their real behavior and give ValJar et al more fig leaf cover to justify sending them aid and support through the Potemkin Village at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. |

#6 don't need 60% U-235 for a dirty bomb Iran could get waste products from their existing reactor for use in such a dirty bomb. |

#5 Is 60% enough for a dirty bomb? That is all they need to threaten some port. |

#4 well there was no good reason to enrich to 60% if all you need is reactor fuel and nuclear medicine |

#3 The only reason they would not would be if they could not. |

#2 60% is most of the way to a bomb, if you measure by how much U238 you have to throw away. |

#1 Do you believe them? Seriously who would at this point in this marathon charade. Do diplomats ever admit to negotiations failing? |
