FBI Still Searching for Jimmy Hoffa |
2021-11-21 |
![]() The search was sparked after a tip passed down from a worker who said he buried Hoffa in a steel drum just outside the former PJP Landfill, now Skyway Park, the New York Times said. An FBI spokesperson confirmed to The Post that agents had conducted a "site survey" under the Skyway last month after obtaining a search warrant, but wouldn’t say if the search had anything to do with Hoffa, the mob-connected Teamsters leader whose July 30, 1975, disappearance has become the stuff of legend. |

#9 Who, besides Geraldo Rivera (maybe), cares anything about Jimmy Hoffa? Tech has taught us that 46 years is an almost infinite time. "Literally." |

#7 I wonder why the FBI still feel he wasn't cremated or cement blocked to the bottom of some river or bay? |

#5 Wait, isn't there a lot of water and even a foreign country with an open border real close to Detroit? And they would have driven to NJ because the Don wanted to keep him close? |

#4 There was a dive bar I used to go to in SW PeeAye when I was young. There was the following graffito scratched in the paint of the paper towel dispenser: "Jimmy Hoffa, call your office." |

#2 So, he was snatched and killed near Detroit, and they hauled the body to New Jersey for disposal. (Like there's no place in Ohio or Pennsylvania to get rid of a body...) The finest minds in law enforcement. |

#1 The only thing the FBI is good at these days is chasing their tails. |
