[NYPOST] President Trump lobbed further accusations of treason against the former FBI officials who targeted Mike Flynn for investigation in the early days of his administration."The Russia Hoax is the biggest political scandal in American history. Treason!!!" Trump tweeted Saturday as part of a string of retweets focused on the Flynn matter.
The tweets followed Trump’s Thursday comments on a trove of newly released FBI documents showing that Sherlocks nearly closed the case against Flynn, Trump’s first national security adviser, for lack of evidence — but kept it open in hopes of getting him prosecuted or fired.
Flynn, who pleaded guilty to lying in that probe, has asked a federal judge to overturn the plea.
Trump’s tweet hinted that more revelations in the case could be coming.
"Lets see how it ends????" he asked.
