2) put on grid fins like on the F9 first stages and air puffers to align
3) Put them on a Falcon Heavy
4) Put them in orbit above Iran.

It would be terrible if for some reason the Orange Man could somehow degrade your 'center of gravity', that palace guard, quickly and swiftly enough to allow nature to take is own course in your country.
