[SunStar] An Abu Sayyaf militant was arrested in an operation in Zamboanga City. Police spokesman Emmanuel Luis Licup identified the arrested Abu Sayyaf bandit as Uring Akil, a resident of Menzi, Isabela City, Basilan.Licup said Akil is a follower of Basilan-based Abu Sayyaf leader Furuji Indama and member of the Anjawani“gun for hire group.” Akil is also listed as the top most wanted person of Isabela City, Basilan.
