#7 They can't practice law if they don't attend the classes. There was a rather lengthy article about it, and it is a BFD. |

#5 One of the many fine services funded by your tax dollars is the Office of Professional Responsbility (OPR), a unit of the Department of Justice specially charged with the job of making sure that federal prosecutors don't do the kind of thing that Judge Hanen says they did. OPR is basically the last line of defense. The head of OPR is currently an Eric Holder appointee named Robin Ashton. So: with all due respect, do your damn job, Ms. Ashton. |

#4 Easery! Integrate the 'mandetory ethics class' into periodic security updates. No 'mandetory ethics' attendance, security clearance suspended. Info-Security - Personal Security and Reliability - Ethics, nice ring to it, don't you think ? |

#3 He ordered the DOJ lawyers to attend annual ethics classes. How will he enforce that? And just because they attend ethics classes doesn't mean that they will be more ethical. They probably already understand the ethical principles. They just ignore them. |
