| The United Nations will require Israel to pay Lebanon nearly $1 billion for environmental damages caused during the 2006 Second Lebanon War, the Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar ... a leftist rag currently allied with Hizballah ... reported on Saturday. The paper said that UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon will submit the motion to the Security Council later this month. |
