US Sanctions Foreign Tech Group For Providing Infrastructure For Left-Wing Domestic Terror, also Palestine Action (Hamas), Masar Badil (PFLP)

[Federalist] The State Department on Wednesday announced that a foreign tech group provides online infrastructure to U.S. domestic terror groups to conduct violence across the country. The department formally recognized Italy-based Autistici/Inventati as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist group and subsequently sanctioned it.
According to the State Department, Autistici/Inventati, or the A/I Collective, is a "hacker cell that provides far-left extremists with encrypted communications, calls, and web-hosting services — all concealed from law enforcement. The A/I Collective is a central node in the far-left’s war on our civilization."
"These tools are specifically designed to support the operations of far-left terrorist networks, built to enable them to organize, recruit, communicate, disseminate propaganda, share target information and tactics, and carry out violent attacks — all while remaining anonymous, untraceable, and beyond the reach of the law," the State Department said. It operates in the U.S. and around the world.
The A/I Collective supported terror groups like Jane’s Revenge, which is responsible for firebombing pregnancy centers across the country after the overturn of Roe v. Wade, according to the State Department. Jane’s Revenge "relied on A/I Collective tools and services to publish official communiqués and claims of responsibility for violent and criminal acts and to incite copycat attacks."
US designates UK-based Palestine Action as foreign 'terrorist group'
[Dawn] The United States on Wednesday named the UK-based Paleostine Action group, which has been banned by the British government, as a "specially designated global terrorist" organization.
The US also issued sanctions against the group, claiming the move was for supporting "an act of terrorism".
Set up in 2020, Paleostine Action is appealing against the UK government ban, which has led to thousands of arrests. Rights groups have decried the ban, saying it was aimed at criminalising dissent.
Paleostine Action had increasingly targeted Israel-linked defence companies in Britannia, especially Israel’s largest defence firm Elbit Systems.
Responding to the US move on Wednesday, Huda Ammori, co-founder of Paleostine Action, said the group’s activities "have always been about saving lives by disrupting the Israeli war machine".
"The fact that Trump is now taking inspiration from Britannia’s repression of the movement for Paleostinian freedom exposes just how dangerous this ban is and should be a wake-up call to anyone who cares about free speech and civil liberties," Ammori said in a statement to Rooters.
Paleostine Action’s stated goal on its website is to end "global participation in Israel’s genocidal and apartheid regime".

has issued orders for his government to designate what it terms "far-left" groups as terrorist organizations.
Wednesday’s US action also designated Italia-based Autistici/Inventati (also known as A/I Collective) as a "terrorist" organization.
The US Treasury Department also imposed sanctions on the transnational group Masar Badil, saying it operates as a front for the Popular Front for the Liberation of Paleostine. The latter group had already been designated by the US as a Foreign Terrorist Organisation.
US State Department spokesperson Tommy Piggot declared all three groups, including Paleostine Action, as being "violent mostly peaceful far-left terrorist groups".
US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said Washington would bring "the full weight of our economic tools to bear" against far-left groups.
"Political terrorism has no place in our society, and we will continue to cut the financial lifelines of these groups until they are eliminated."
Britain’s ban on Palestine Action as a terrorist organization came after the group had increasingly targeted Israel‑linked defense companies in Britain, especially Israel’s largest defense firm Elbit Systems. The country’s Supreme Court said last month that it would hear an appeal against a lower court ruling that the ban was lawful.
The UK ban, which came into force on July 5, 2025, made membership in or support for the protest group a criminal offense punishable by up to 14 years in prison under the Terrorism Act.
It was banned shortly after a break-in at the Royal Air Force’s Brize Norton base in June 2025, in which activists damaged two military planes. In June, a judge jailed four activists for raiding an Elbit site near Bristol, in western England, in 2024 and causing over a million pounds in damage. One of them hit a police officer twice on the back with a sledgehammer, leaving her with a fractured spine.
As of July 2026, roughly 3,000 people have been arrested for holding signs in support of Palestine Action.
The US Treasury Department on Wednesday also imposed sanctions on an Italy-based entity it accused of supplying digital architecture, tools and services for the anti-fascist movement antifa and other far-left groups.
