Uncertainty Grows Over Chabahar Port After Expiry of US Sanctions Waiver

[ToloNews] Chabahar Port, one of Afghanistan's key transit routes for access to open waters, is facing uncertainty over its future operations following the expiration of the US sanctions waiver for activities related to the port.

In recent years, the port has served as an alternative route for transporting Afghan goods to India and other regional markets. Any restrictions on its operations could increase costs and disrupt Afghanistan's trade.
