DOJ expands indictment against SPLC, alleging $4M secretly funneled to KKK and [other] extremist groups

[FoxNews] The Department of Justice last month announced an indictment against the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), alleging that the civil rights nonprofit defrauded donors by secretly paying informants associated with extremist organizations, including the Ku Klux Klan.

A federal grand jury in the Middle District of Alabama returned an 11-count indictment in April charging the SPLC with six counts of wire fraud, four counts of making false statements to a federally insured bank and one count of conspiracy to commit concealment money laundering, according to the Justice Department.

The superseding indictment retains those charges while expanding on the alleged misconduct.

According to the DOJ, the SPLC "secretly funneled" more than $3 million in donor funds between 2014 and 2023 to numerous individuals associated with extremist organizations, including the Ku Klux Klan, United Klans of America, the National Socialist Movement, participants in the Unite the Right rally and the Aryan Nations-affiliated Sadistic Souls Motorcycle Club.

3 SPLC biggest donors: George Soros Open Society Foundations, Gilead Sciences Foundation, Goldman Sachs, MGM.
This is an antisemitic witch hunt. It plays into all the worst stereotypes.
Others: Pfizer, Northrop Grumman, GE Aerospace. Pharmeceutical and weapons companies. Another stereotype.

Whether White, Black Red, or Yellow.
Racism applied to any color or race is unacceptable.

BUT SPLC hiring/funding/using such persons or racist groups has earned them the hottest place in hell.

Hopefully 10+ years in the Fed - Pen for their playing Politics with donations instead actually using them as intended.

Of course given the names involved, likely some of those donations were in fact used for what they were intended. BUT STILL, it violated the IRS - SPLC Non-Profit status. An in doing so voided any Tax exemptions those persons claimed for their donations on returns. FELONY TAX FRAUD

PLUS then there is the issues that these SPLC Political profiteers placed the very persons they were to protect, in serious harms way, by staging these violent clashes against their own people.

Now having said that.
No person or group should suck off the hard earned work of others as perpetual lifestyle.
There must be a limit that any healthy person, can draw TAXPAYER assistance.

How about simply requiring some services in return for being temporarily being fed, cared for and housed?

How about a 10 days of community service per month?
Simple things like Pick-up cleaning up or something?
