#OSINT As media coverage grows around increased drone attacks by Iranian-backed Iraqi militias targeting 🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia, we tracked a Royal Saudi Air Force King Air 350 Extended Range (ER) for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions operating from Riyadh and conducting signals intelligence and tactical reconnaissance missions along the Saudi-🇮🇶 Iraq border.
The aircraft is equipped for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance missions, including signals intelligence collection, electronic surveillance, communications interception, synthetic aperture radar imaging, ground moving target indication, and long-endurance border monitoring. Its sensor suite allows operators to detect and track vehicle movements, drone activity, radar emissions, and cross-border communications in real time.
The RSAF is believed to operate at least 18 King Air 350ER ISR aircraft. The fleet has been steadily expanded over the past decade to strengthen border surveillance and intelligence gathering capabilities.
