Scientist gives himself brain damage by testing secret audio weapon on himself in attempt to disprove 'Havana Syndrome'

[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] A scientist in Norway gave himself brain damage after testing an experimental weapon designed to disprove the existence of 'Havana Syndrome'.

Working in a top–secret research project in 2024, the unidentified government scientist constructed a device capable of emitting powerful pulses of microwave radiation.

The sceptical researcher tested the device on himself to prove that its effects would be harmless.

However, according to the Washington Post, the researcher soon developed symptoms of the mysterious disease that has struck down diplomats around the world.

Reportedly, the Norwegian government told the CIA about the secretive experiments and their disastrous results.

That prompted two visits to Norway from Pentagon and White House officials to inspect the device, believed to have been built with materials stolen from a foreign government.

This latest development is yet more evidence for the theory that so–called 'pulsed energy' devices can affect the human body and may have been used on US officials.

However, an official familiar with the situation claims that the Norwegian scientist's symptoms are not an exact match for a 'classic' case of Havana Syndrome. # id) ?>

Hat tip to Sven and Olaf, but something tells me the "disastrous results" came as absolutely no surprise. Our Embassy testing control group volunteers have reported identical anomalies.

9 There was lots of speculation about what the raiders used. Ditto about the cause of Havana Syndrome. The Norwegian was an arrogant idiot LARPing as a researcher, because he clearly hadn’t the proper mindset for the work.

Scientist is never named. Anonymous source(s). I do not know what they gain by lying, but I simply do not trust anonymous sources, and no one names the scientist. IDK

Panama - Some marine buddies said that was an awesome deployment. Someone in their platoon bought a BBQ, am not sure about the logistics of that, but that's what they said, and they said they were barbecuing while blasting Van Halen's Panama and Metallica over a military grade PA.
