2 Despite all the high tech doodad stuff... it still boils down to a radio(microwave) transmitter/receiver. Put out more radiation on its bandwidth than it can you "jam" it. aka loud drunk girls in the next booth talking so much you can't hear your friend sitting next to you.

4 ^Frequency hopping is how the US helps harden communications against jamming. Also makes it a lot harder for the enemy to triangulate your location from your broadcast.

9 After Iran did everything it could, they were only able to scramble streaming video/podcasts. Emails texts, and other packets still got through though sometimes out of order. TCP/IP was designed to survive WW III.
