The continued rise in abortions in Kansas exposes a troubling reality: when informed consent laws and basic safety standards are stripped away, women and girls are left vulnerable to a predatory abortion industry.

Kansans for Life and its statewide membership will be pursuing every legal option to restore some form of informed consent protections for women in 2026 and continue to sound the alarms about parental consent laws being potentially ignored."
