Another Series of Storms for California

[WUNDERGROUND] Link goes to the 10 day forecast for Paradise, Calif
Lots of rain is coming for most of the State although few will get as much as forecast for Paradise.
Reservoirs are filling from previous storms but are in good shape.
However, some of the major rivers will probably exceed bankfull this time.
A lot of urban and small stream flooding likely.
Lake Tulare may even reappear again.
