400k Kurds in Sheikh Maqsoud (الشيخ مقصود) under siege. Salafi-Jihadis using artillery & PKMs to overwhelm the defenders.
The SDF demobilized in good faith; now a skeleton crew of Asayish is all that stands between civilians and a massacre.

The Damacus government and Ankara have intensified their attacks against the SDF through ISIS cells!
Last night, as attacks on Aleppo resumed, 3 separate attacks targeted the SDF in the Deir ez-Zor region.
Sleeper cells and ISIS attacked an SDF outpost in the town of Diban using machine guns and two RPG-7s.The attack resulted in brief clashes lasting a few minutes, with material damage limited to the area.
A second attack targeted another SDF outpost in the village of Marrat with grenades and machine guns, causing material damage.
The third attack wounded an off-duty SDF fighter in the town of al-Suwar, north of Deir ez-Zor. The injured fighter was taken to the town's hospital for medical treatment.
