1 If nobody is charged or prosecuted, changing policing policy will accomplish little real improvement. Gavin needs to give all up his presidential posturing. There is also no Electoral path for any liberal California politician to win the presidency. He would likely exceed Kamala’s popular vote, but pretty much tie her in the Electoral College. In the end, he will be left with his mediocre podcast unless he wants Schiff’s senatorial seat.
