[HODHODYEMENNEWS.NET] Activists on social media posted a video showing a horrific execution carried out against a medical worker inside al-Suweida’s National Hospital.
The footage shows members of the Ministries of Defense and Interior dragging the young man and then physically assaulting him before shooting him directly.
The video also shows dozens of individuals wearing hospital work uniforms kneeling during the execution, reflecting a state of tension and terror that prevailed in the site. Following the execution, the victim’s body was dragged away to an unknown place.
According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, this incident is only one example of the violations committed against civilians in al-Suwaida, where SOHR has documented the execution of 401 individuals.
It pointed to an earlier incident on the 7th of this month, in which a man, his son, and his wife were executed, while women from the same family were kidnapped and later freed under public pressure.

SOHR called for the formation of an independent committee including representatives from all concerned parties to follow up the issue of the missing people, disclose their fate and ensure accountability for those involved in these serious violations.
