We have a family member that orders med's out of Canada for far less than the US costs at his local national drug store.

One example showed me, ordering the same brand of INSULIN for roughly 1/2 the cost that it sells it for here, and the insulin made here in the USA.

Plus, it is shipped in a reusable container with reusable ICE blocks also.
