Minneapolis police will not participate in immigration enforcement

6 I'd be completely fine if we wished to sell or trade Minnesota. I know that would be seen as "collective punishment" since the more rural parts would pay for the sins of the twin cities, but there's a price to be paid for allowing evil to flourish.
