The suspect was later noticed by a civilian on a subway in Manhattan.

He has not yet been charged.

12 I can see why people are blaming Hochul instead of Biden. Biden has been out to lunch for several years now and will be out of the White House next month. Hochul still has power and she's doing all the wrong things with it. She will resist Trump's efforts to deport "migrants" so she needs to feel the heat.
