Israeli military says tanks entered UNIFIL base in an attempt to evacuate soldier, Netanyahu urges UNIFIL to withdraw troops from war zone

[GEO.TV] The Israeli military said that one of its tanks entered several meters into a UNIFIL post in southern Lebanon while attempting to evacuate injured soldiers on Sunday.

In a statement, the military said its actions posed no danger to the UN peacekeeping force.
