9 Some people seem to think phobias are bad but there are some damn good reasons for most phobias. You're afraid of heights? That just means you don't want to fall that far. That's good. Claustrophobia? You really don't want to get stuck in an underground tunnel. Herpetaphobia? A snake bite can kill you so it's best to stay away from them. Xenophobia? If Democrats like foreigners that's a damn good reason for the rest of us to fear them.
