A civilian car was also targeted by the Israeli forces in the Tal as-Sultan neighbourhood, one of the most densely populated areas in Rafah, where hundreds of thousands of Paleostinians are taking refuge.
At least 28 Paleostinians were killed in the air strikes in Rafah early Saturday after Israeli prime minister ordered the military to plan for the evacuation of hundreds of thousands of people from the southern Gaza city ahead of a ground invasion.
