3 Xyz — in Beirut Mossad has a tradition of getting the phone numbers list, presumably from a friendly insider in the phone company, and they clearly know all the phone numbers in use in Gaza, because we’ve had repeated reports that they call all a building’s residents to tell them to get out before dropping their bombs. Extrapolating to Damascus doesn’t seem much of a stretch.
