Grand Central stabber who attacked teenage girls, 14 and 16, as they ate was freed from jail two weeks ago after wild rampage and had history of making anti-white threats

Steven Hutcherson, 36, is said to have gotten into an argument with staff at Tartinery who told him he could not sit in the restaurant's seating area

That argument led to the attack on the innocent girls, aged 16 and 14, who were visiting from Paraguay

Yussif Abdullahi, 46, said that he was the victim of a November 7 attack in the Bronx after he saw Hutcherson, who pointed a gun and threatened him

Hutcherson is homeless, has a history of mental health problems, and has 17 prior arrests
