1 Why then are Ukrainians evacuating Kherson. This tactic of leaving is normal for Russia. It has been done many times in their war tactics. Saving Russian lives and massively destroying Ukrainians or should I say mercenaries as they have squandered their numbers wastefully. OH, by the way the Russian mobilization is well received and filled with experienced soldiers. You see the Russians know they as a nation are being attacked. Hardly inexperienced fodder.You see each side tells a different story. Take your pick.
