2 ...True. However, the Ukrainians have been using them for months. They operate on the same frequencies. Chances that the Ukrainians could hijack a Russian model and use it against them?

4 Got to remember the Ukraine and Russia are the land of hackers. Given that the Russians have not been able to hack the Ukrainians equipment by any measurable amount, but the Ukrainians have been hacking the Russians comm and the like, I'd be very careful of giving them an opportunity.
