This was reported by Yemen News Portal, based on testimonies of local sources.
According to sources, the director of security of Sirwah district and the commander of the Jahm Front, Colonel Abdullah al-A’qra al-Jamhi, was killed in an improvised bomb (IED)’s explosion targeting him east of the directorate.
The sources stated that the blast also injured two of his lover companions, one of them at death's door.
The attack comes as a part of internal conflicts between factions loyal to the Saudi-led coalition.
