1 How much does she want to "refund" the police after slashing $59mil in the last budget? Chicago could solve part of their problem by "putting" a different mayor in office. I didn't say "electing" as I don't believe we have been doing that for some time.

2 Depends a lot as to where these new funds get allocated within the departments.

'Social Welfare' and 'Community Involvement' personnel along with 'Diversity Training' seminars?

Not holding my breath that it will go to actual Law Enforcement or Policing.
