Sadr city explosion is likely caused by a suicide bomber, explosives specialist says

A security source reported that the corpse count from the earth-shattering kaboom that targeted a market in Sadr City has risen to 25, along with 47 maimed, noting that it is likely that the earth-shattering kaboom was caused by a jacket wallah.
The source told Shafaq News Agency, "The explosives specialist arrived at the site of the earth-shattering kaboom, and he suspects that the earth-shattering kaboom was caused by a suicide bomber.
Earlier today, The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi, instructed to arrest the commander of the force in control in al-Sadr City, following the earth-shattering kaboom that killed and maimed 20 persons.
The Security Media Cell said in a statement that the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces ordered the detention of the commander of the force in control in al-Sadr City, of the first regiment in the Fourth Brigade of the Federal Police, following the earth-shattering kaboom.

The source added that five were killed, including a child, and 15 others were maimed in the earth-shattering kaboom.
Deadly blast in Sadr City, third to hit suburb this year, takes place a day before Eid al-Adha holiday, as streets busy with shoppers.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the bombing, but the Islamic State group has claimed similar attacks in the area before.
