QUESTION: Where is PETA on this?

Seems to me to get BLOOD and a fresh Pig's Head suggests they slaughtered a PIG and collected the Blood themselves.

It seems the SF DA or the State AG could also bring more serious charges of Animal Cruelty under Penal Code 597 PC. Which makes it a crime for a person maliciously to kill, harm, maim, or torture an animal. Given theses circumstances they could be slapped with a felony and 3 years in prison.
