5 In there eyes, there is no question. The police officer is ipso fatso guilty of excessive force and, naturally, racism.

I am kind of curious how that elephant was able to run around in the first place...I guess for the reason mentioned above...afraid to do anything; so, in the end, it takes a police officer being shot. Thankfully it sounds like he'll be o.k. Chalk one up for the good guys.
