Algeria Captures a Wanted Terrorist on the Libyan Border

[ALMARSAD.CO] The Algerian Ministry of National Defense (MDN) announced that it captured the terrorist Younsi Kouider in the area of Debdeb, located in the province of Illizi which borders Libya.
