2 What a participating medical provider bills matters less than what they will accept as payment without billing the member (aside from a co-pay or deductible).
Also keep in mind the staff needs to be paid, medical malpractice insurance paid for, office rent, utilities, pay down the medical school loan and maybe pay down the loan for the equipment used to start the practice
