4 ^^ they are great to turn low and medium goods into high goods (finished raw material, Iron, steel, aluminum and electronics/mid-stage goods into cars and such)

Most of central and south America are in a great position to keep most trade in their zone. Raw to low, then to medium, then both to high. This is the end goal of Trump I think and you can see it start with his reinvested interest in the countries to our south.
