5 Carney is trying bigly to get a new high capacity pipeline built from Alberta to a Canadian deep port on the W Coast. There are already two pipelines in this corridor with a total capacity of about 800k bar/day. The new pipeline would increase that to about 3M bar/day (given O&M, the average throughput would be more like 2.4M).
