Situation: A masked, hooded, dress in black to hide their identity, and swinging a baseball bat at a person clearly identifies the attacker as a violent deadly threat.

Response: Warn the attacker that deadly force will be used and if still attacking, shoot the POS.

Because applying a reasonable neutralizing force, for immediate personal safety is accepted by "Real" Judges following the written law.
