, Mattai is probably going to be found guilty. He initiated the argument, left, came back, re-started the argument and appears to have attacked Matthews. What wasn't reported was how far away Mattai was when Matthews placed the gun on his dashboard. If it was less than 30 feet, Matthews will have a reasonable claim of fear of death or grave bodily harm due to the age disparity.
