His statement in 2001 made any intellectual and political discussion of or opposition to Islam near impossible because it would be tantamount to hindering the war effort.

When a Muslim "steals" he just takes possession of his property.

If a Kuffar should defend "his property" then the Kuffar is the thief because he deprives the Muslim of the use of his lawful property.
